ToothRevive provides a dental emergency preparedness kit designed to support first-aid response when a tooth is knocked out (dental avulsion).
The ToothRevive Essential Kit is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent medical conditions and does not replace professional dental care.

Orders & Payment

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only. ToothRevive is not responsible for delays outside our control.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to the conditions displayed on the Buy the Kit page.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, ToothRevive kits contain sterile-sealed components.
Once any sterile seal is broken, the kit cannot be returned or refunded.

10% of profits from ToothRevive kits are allocated to charitable dental initiatives in the UK and internationally.

Limitation of Liability

ToothRevive is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
